A Collection of Art I Worked On In Rio
Thoughts:
I hope you enjoyed flipping through these as much as I’ve enjoyed spending time learning from them. I had 5-10 more pages, but a lot of that is boring perspective stuff, so I’ll leave that stuff on the cutting room floor. My goal is to practice for at least 250 hours on this trip with a focus on perspective and anatomy. Thanks to the relaxed nature of the Rio trip, I was able to put a 40-hour dent in that. So far, I’ve put in 74 hours on the whole trip. With a little more effort, I’ll make it to 100 and almost half way to my goal. I’ll be sure to intermittently update my total hours drawn, but for now, let’s put it at a solid 74 and see where we can go from there.
I also have another goal which is to do a project piece for each country I visit. The flower watercolor and guitarist drawing counted for Peru, but so far I have nothing major for Rio. I’ll be sure to try and fix that by the end of the trip.
‘Til Next Time.
